The Lactation Network is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to execute SEO strategy, optimize conversion rate (CRO), and collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing. This role will be instrumental in driving patient activation, provider engagement, and overall platform adoption. You will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Creative, and Engineering.

Breakdown of the Role
- Organic Growth & SEO Strategy (40%). Oversee and execute SEO strategies in collaboration with agency partners and internal teams. Drive content optimization, manage technical SEO improvements, and stay ahead of search trends to maximize traffic and visibility.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (30%). Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to drive incremental registrations and engagement. Lead A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the user journey.
- Product Marketing (30%). Lead go-to-market communication strategies, patient activation campaigns, and provider engagement initiatives. Drive adoption of new platform features, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, and Creative teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance TLN’s organic search visibility and drive meaningful engagement.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce SEO-driven content that aligns with TLN’s brand and business goals.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to refine the front-end experience.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to enhance site performance, improve user flows, and optimize key touchpoints.
- Execute data-driven growth marketing strategies, translating insights into actionable tactics that increase platform engagement.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, including AI-driven search experiences, SERP changes, and evolving consumer behaviors.
What We Expect from You

- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field with a track record of driving engagement and conversions.
- Experience working in healthcare, digital health, or wellness industries with a strong understanding of care delivery, healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and payer/provider models.
- Expertise in SEO, CRO, and product marketing strategies with the ability to create data-driven campaigns for both B2C and B2B2C audiences.
- Hands-on experience with market research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Qualtrics) to develop user insights and feedback loops.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and experience managing and optimizing website content.
- Experience designing and executing campaign experiments, A/B tests, and multivariate analysis.

The salary range for this position is $110,250 - $165,250.
