About Lerero

Lerero is a SaaS solution for improving the efficiency, effectiveness and enjoyment

knowledge retention learning application tracking.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills
  • Actively participate in coding and development tasks
  • Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Solve complex technical problems and provide technical expertise
  • Lead architectural discussions and decisions
  • Design scalable and maintainable software solutions
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions
  • Implement and promote best practices for testing and code quality
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
  • Hiring and training technical personnel
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
  • Supervising system modifications & guiding team through technical issues and challenges
  • Work closely with other departments, such as product management, customer support, and marketing, to ensure all technical requirements are met
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality standards are met
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes and tools to enhance development capabilities
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs
  • Develop and document technical processes and procedures

We expect you to:

  • Have experience in working as Tech Lead min. 3 years
  • Have experience in working with React Native and ReactJs (NextJs)
  • Have experience in working with Git, Bootstrap, Redux/Axios
  • Have experience in working with SaaS, Webpack, Unit Test, Restful API, Tailwind css - would be a plus
  • Have experience in working with Node.JS (Nest.JS and Express)
  • Have excellent knowledge of PHP (Laravel)
  • Have experience in working with REST API
  • Good knowledge of NOSQL (Mongo DB is preferred) and PostgreSQL
  • Have excellent knowledge of microservices concept
  • Have excellent knowledge of OOP
  • Have experience in dev-ops is a plus
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team
  • Have excellent English skills
