Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director (Media) to drive growth for LMSL’s Labs through various media verticals, including Digital, Events, PR, Social Media, Copywriting, and Community Engagement. This role is responsible for developing and executing media-focused marketing strategies, ensuring brand visibility, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and audience engagement, with a strong ability to leverage media to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital & PR) aligned with business goals. Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Set and track performance goals.
- Brand & Market Positioning: Maintain brand consistency across all channels. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Digital Marketing & CRM: Oversee website, SEO, social media, PPC, email marketing, and content creation. Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Budget & Agency Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI. Collaborate with external agencies for PR, advertising, and performance marketing.
- Event & Public Relations: Coordinate participation in global events, trade shows, and media relations. Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers.
- Compliance & Performance Audits: Ensure marketing activities align with compliance requirements and conduct periodic audits for improvements.
We Expect You To
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with 10+ years of experience.
- 3+ years in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Proven expertise in campaign management, strategic planning, and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, experience with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and performance marketing.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in EdTech marketing is a plus.
