_Your Main Responsibilities Include
- Design publications, including reports and document covers, while ensuring alignment with corporate branding guidelines;
- Develop data-driven visuals such as charts, dashboards, and infographics for reports and presentations;
- Create logos, badges, and other branding elements to enhance brand identity;
- Design corporate presentations, brochures, and promotional materials;
- Support with digital product packaging;
- Develop marketing assets for various channels, including social media, websites, and print materials;
- Contribute to the PPC & Email marketing campaigns through creation of Google AdWords & Facebook banners and email templates, and newsletters;
- Conceptualize and produce creative content for courses, events, assessment services (photos, brochures, banners, etc.);
- Support sales and internal departments concerning graphic and design projects;
- Create motion graphics and short animations for digital platforms;
- Ensure that the final product meets the organization’s objectives, maintains high-quality standards, and is delivered on time;
- Research industry trends and developments and learn new applications.
We Expect You To
- Have experience in the field, demonstrated through portfolio;
- Have 3 to 5 years experience in the Creative Industry;
- Excellent English and Arabic skills;
- Have good command of software design and graphics, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver, Canva.
- Collaborate with UX/UI and web development teams to design user-friendly interfaces and digital assets;
- Have experience in development of graphic layouts, DTP and PowerPoint presentations is a must;
- Be creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines;
- Have the ability to understand the market and company needs;
- Have the ability to understand the guidelines of a project and translate them into concrete solutions;
- Have experience with HTML & CSS preferred;
- Have attention to detail in ensuring everything is cross-checked and accurate;
- Have strong project management skills, being able to take ownership and responsibility for tasks to ensure they are completed to a high standard and on time and to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Have experience in Advertising or Digital Agency.
- Have experience in UI/UX designs for websites (represents an advantage)
- Have video editing (represents an advantage).
