Senior Data Scientist, Risk & Claims Analytic

sMinimum qualification

• sMaster’s degree in a quantitative field (PhD preferred
• )5+ years of data science or ML experience (2+ with PhD
• )Experience with Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure
• )Experience building and deploying ML model

sPreferred qualification

• sExperience with NLP, optimization (LP/MIP), and MLOp
• sKnowledge of data governance and PII handlin
• gStrong stakeholder communication skill
• sBackground in risk, insurance, or claims analytic

• sTranslate business problems into data science solutions aligned to KPI
• sBuild ML/NLP models for incident prioritization and claim severity predictio
• nPerform data preparation, feature engineering, and record linkag
• eGenerate explainable insights for business stakeholder
• sCollaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, risk, and lega
• lMonitor model performance, drift, and retraining need
• sDocument models, validate results, and ensure data governance complianc
• ePresent insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
