Our client is seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Analyst with experience using Braze to build and manage audience segments, orchestrate journeys, implement A/B tests, and analyze campaign performance to drive engagement and conversion.
This is a fully remote contract opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain audience logic aligned with business goals
- Design and deploy multi-channel, multi-touch journeys
- Execute A/B and multivariate tests using Braze’s AI and AQ capabilities
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Strategy, QA, and Template Development teams
- Uphold rigorous QA standards to ensure flawless execution
- Translate stakeholder objectives into systematic workflows and targeting strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years in Marketing Operations or Campaign Analytics
- Advanced Braze proficiency—audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and troubleshooting
Pay: 45-55/hr W2
