Duties:
Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator to drive new user growth through Paid Search and Shopping channels in the US market. As part of the Acquisition Team, you will manage the performance of all Paid Search and Shopping campaigns across our core payments business and SaaS products. You will expand one of our largest direct response channels and contribute to strategy execution for (USD)XM campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the lead to manage a (USD)XM budget for SEM campaigns to attract new sellers across all products in the US market.
- Collaborate on strategy, execution, and optimization for Paid Search and Shopping campaigns.
- Develop quarterly testing roadmaps and tactical plans to meet internal KPIs.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align on overall channel performance, creative, product, landing page tests, and more.
- Oversee weekly and monthly reporting of campaign metrics, goals, and other KPIs.
- Utilize testing processes to validate hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations, including campaign structure improvements, targeting, search query mining, keyword expansion, LP testing, and bid management enhancements across Search and Shopping.
- Research SEM industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy.
- Build effective acquisition programs through collaboration with Analytics, Data Science, and Product teams.
Skills:
- At least 2 years of related performance marketing experience, including 1+ year managing Search and Shopping campaigns with a (USD)XM budget.
- Proven ability to build strategies and identify opportunities to scale growth and meet/exceed KPI targets.
- Strong understanding of search marketing and metric-driven performance marketing.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to various stakeholders.
- Passion for marketing, with a commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, platforms, and updates.
Education:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Google Ads Certification
