Job Title: Mobile Featuring & ASO Specialist (Part-Time)

Hours: 20–25 hours/week
About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Mobile Featuring & ASO (App Store Optimization) Specialist to support our mobile marketing efforts across the company's game portfolio. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and platform partners (Apple, Google, etc.) to secure promotional opportunities, optimize app visibility, and ensure alignment with platform policies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has a passion for mobile games and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Partner with game teams and platform partners to support live titles and new game launches.
- Build and maintain relationships with first-party platforms (Apple, Google) to secure featuring opportunities.
- Create and deliver first-party presentations in collaboration with Brand and Product teams.
- Manage game roadmaps and marketing plans, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize and coordinate promotional campaigns and in-app events with platform partners.
- Organize and distribute marketing assets for digital and partner campaigns.
- Manage self-promotion tools (e.g., Google Play Promotional Content Cards, App Store In-App Event Cards).
- Ensure all creative and promotional copy complies with platform policies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to platform featuring and promotional channels.
- Develop scalable processes to communicate platform updates and action items across teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Airtable, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Experience using mobile partner portals (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
- Basic understanding of first-party art policies and submission requirements.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- 1+ years of experience in partner management, business operations, or related roles in gaming, media, or mobile services.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with mobile game marketing and app store optimization best practices.
