About the Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team in building custom, commercial-grade, interactive applications for the web, mobile, and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

This position is remote, but you must reside in Kentucky.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications.
• Configure, code, develop, and document software specifications throughout the project life cycle.
• Develop web and mobile applications that are interactive, scalable, and secure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze problems and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Java application development.
• Experience creating interactive, responsive user interfaces with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Sybase).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Subversion).
• Exposure to Microsoft .NET Framework is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience preferred.
