Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to architect and lead the development of a next-generation B2B and B2C Assessment Platform. This role will be instrumental in shaping the technical foundation of our products using modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, Flutter, and GraphQL. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure our solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable assessment platforms for both B2B and B2C users using technologies including TypeScript, React, React Native, Flutter, and GraphQL.
• Champion software engineering best practices to ensure high-quality, modular, and maintainable code.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development workflows.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and promote knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) strategies and contribute to DevSecOps initiatives.
• Define hosting and deployment strategies that ensure performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including senior or lead engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, Flutter, React Native, Swift, and Kotlin.
• Deep understanding of scalable database design with experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Proven experience leading complex software projects from concept to deployment.
• Experience developing real-time video applications and B2B APIs with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
• Familiarity with asynchronous transaction systems and message queue architecture.
• History of deploying mobile applications on iOS and Android with high user ratings (4.5+).
• Experience integrating with eCommerce platforms such as Adyen or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Senior Living or Healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.

Pay Range:

• 60-65 hr
