SCOPE
The Streaming Marketing team is looking for a Paid Search Manager to work across our portfolio of international streaming brands. The ideal candidate will be well versed in both Digital and Traditional media and their underlying metrics. The role will be dedicated to working with teams across the globe to plan, validate, execute and measure marketing campaigns and their impact to the business.
OBJECTIVES & FUNCTIONS
- Lead day-to-day management of Paid Search & App campaigns across international markets including planning, strategy, optimization, and reporting.
- Work with the key central marketing teams and local stakeholders to best leverage campaigns and ensure consistent end to end customer experience.
- Work with creative team to ensure all creative needed for campaigns is requested on time and delivered within the expected period.
- Maintain relationships with major media publishers and partners (i.e. Google, Bing, Apple Search Ads).
- Lead ideation of test & learn framework as it relates to Paid Search & App channels.
- Forecast ongoing performance based on history, market behavior and future opportunities.
- Identify and develop incremental tactics and opportunities to drive additional viewership and acquisition in Paid Search & App channels.
- Work with the Search team to share insights cross-market and constantly improve on best practices.
Responsibilities
They will be responsible for looking at performance data for their particular markets, identifying if we are tracking or pacing spend based on weekly/monthly budgets, launching new campaigns, reporting on weekly insights, raising questions for issues resolutions needed or pixel tracking issues or performance categories, identifying opportunities for performance improvement, talking to vendors weekly to execute tasks or take advantage of insights for the account.
Must Haves
- 4+ years experience in paid search working with Google or other Ad publishing tools to optimize media spend and conversion. SA360 is required.
- Strong understanding of standard reporting suites, (Adobe or Google Analytics) and Excel is a must
- Candidates who have worked with an ad agency background work best in this environment as they are very hands on, we can also consider experience with performance with direct response media as well.
Candidate Overview
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in streaming with an extensive background of planning and developing, deploying, and analyzing campaigns
- Proven track-record of planning and managing media campaigns and clearly communicating progress and results
- Understanding of media KPI’s and how they relate to lifetime consumer metrics
- Exceptional understanding of Paid Search including Google, Bing, Apple Search Ads, SA360 and other best-in-class publishers as it relates to the optimization of media spend and conversion
- Ability to derive meaningful insights from media campaigns and clearly articulate learnings
- Demonstrated experience using data and KPI metrics to monitor and measure performance, measure effectiveness and plan ongoing improvements to media campaigns
- Strong understanding of standard reporting suites, (Adobe or Google Analytics) and Excel is a must
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills and present high-quality documents to leadership
- Capacity to coordinate with International, and other internal teams
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery
- Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English, another language is a plus
- BS/BA in related field

- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus
- Knowledge in TV Content.
- Consumer of entertainment content and interest in it.
- Experience working in the streaming industry including knowledge of current trends
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
