Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) / User Experience (UX) Designer with strong B2B experience to help shape and elevate the customer experience of our members—HR decision makers at many of the world’s largest companies. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that the i4cp member portal and other digital touchpoints deliver intuitive, engaging, and value-driven interactions, and support and expedite the broader customer experience.
As i4cp’s first CX/UX Designer, you will lead the design function for our member portal, setting processes, defining design standards, and influencing strategy across the organization. You will collaborate across teams to understand member needs, translate insights into actionable design solutions, and continuously improve the usability and accessibility of our portal. Working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and member success teams, you will deliver impactful design solutions that drive engagement and value for our members.
This role reports directly to the VP of Digital Member Experience.
