What You Need to Know
We’re looking to add a Presentation Designer to our Creative team. The Presentation Designer will be responsible for designing and creating visually compelling presentations that communicate ideas and information in an engaging and clear manner. This position will work closely with senior creative staff on projects to support the conceptualization and development of presentations for our client’s medical marketing and educational materials.
What You’ll Do
The Presentation Designer will be accountable to the VP Comprehensive Creative Service and responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality Power Point presentations. Additionally, this role will:
- Maintain consistency in design, typography and overall visual aesthetic across all presentations to reflect the company/client brand guidelines
- Create and refine client-facing presentations to ensure a professional, visually appealing and impactful product
- Collaborate with internal team and external stakeholders to understand project goals and incorporate feedback into presentation designs
- Ensure that presentation designs meet client requirements and exceed expectations by providing creative input and innovative visual solutions
- Design and create presentations from scratch, adapt templates and optimize layouts while ensuring ease of understanding and visual impact
- Work with content team to effectively integrate text, data and multimedia elements into slides without overcrowding or loss of clarity
- Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project requirements
- Stay updated with design trends, best practices and emerging presentation tools to maintain a competitive edge in design quality
- Review presentations for consistency, accuracy and effort-free content before final delivery
What You’ll Have
- 2-5 years of presentation design experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare agency
- Must be West coast based or willing to work West coast hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft® PowerPoint
- Knowledge of other design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Understanding of font hierarchy, readability and how to use typography effectively in presentations
- Ability to present complex information using clear, concise charts, graphs and infographics
- Knowledge of how to implement brand guidelines into presentations without compromising creativity or communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders, understand project goals and explain design choices
- Creative problem-solving skills to find innovative ways to present complex information in digestible, engaging format

- Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually. Note: Actual salary will depend on background and experience.
