Backed by JK Jajoo Ventures, whose other major venture is BKJ Airports, the organisation has consistently delivered 1.5X-2X year-on-year growth and currently has over 2.5 million square feet under development across residential, commercial and hospitality segments.

Who we are looking for: Marketing & Brand Leader link

1. 15-20 years of experience in brand building, consumer marketing and growth.
2. Proven track record of working in hyper-growth environments and contributing to brands that have scaled to thousands of crores in revenue.
3. Experience in managing annual marketing budgets in excess of ₹100 crores with a clear
4. focus on ROI and business impact.
5. Deep expertise in consumer anthropology, consumer immersion and insight-led marketing.
6. Hands-on knowledge across online and offline channels - brand, digital, performance,
7. content, social media, influencers, CRM, experiential, events and retail.
8. Proven ability to create award-winning, category-defining campaigns that drive brand
9. equity and business results.
10. Passionate about technology and the use of Al to unlock creativity, insights and marketing effectiveness.
11. A strategic thinker with a P&L mindset who understands the key business metrics
12. acquisition, conversion, market share, CLV, profitability, brand salience and ROMI.
13. A collaborative leader who builds and inspires high-performing teams and partners.

Education

Graduation from a leading institution such as IIM's (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Indore), ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon or other top global business schools.

For candidates with a strong orientation towards creativity, design and consumer experience, education from premier design schools such as NID, IDC IIT Bombay, Srishti Manipal, Parsons, RISD, Central Saint Martins or other leading global design schools would be highly valued.
