Reports to: Global Category Leader Marketing Services
The role covers broader marketing procurement categories to drive holistic marketing efficiency with a focus on ATL categories.
Maximize the effectiveness of our ATL Creative agencies both at a Head Office and withing OpCos. Drive non-working spend down to most effective and efficient level, increasing the quality, speed, creativity levels of Advertising Production. Bring outside in to shape best in class strategies for HEINEKEN.
_Key responsibilities:
_Seen as a specialist, expert in a specific field of ATL, providing professional support within Procurement, OpCo, Region, and Head Office.
Additionally, the role requires a broad understanding of Marketing Procurement beyond ATL Creative & production categories .
Ensuring contractual excellence, developing the competitive supplier landscape. Control over tendering, negotiation & supplier selection; secure optimum results. Secure availability of contracts for all category deals. Lead the management of relationships and Performance Evaluations. Responsibility over recording, monitoring, and delivery of results.
Who Are You (What & How)
What:
Education: University level
Work experience: 8+ years.
Required work experience in field of expertise: experience required in a similar commerce/procurement role or in Consulting position in a complex international (FMCG) environment or from Creative Agencies.
Other fields of expertise: experience in Marketing, Agencies
Functional skills: Strategic Sourcing, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, Analytical & strategic insight, Marketing/Draft Beer/Commerce understanding, Category & Supplier Management
Languages: Fluent English language required
