8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles within the construction materials or industrial manufacturing sectors.
Demonstrated success in product marketing, brand strategy, and market development.
Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate technical products in commercially compelling ways.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
