We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who can help us connect with our audience and drive event awareness, registrations, and engagement through powerful email campaigns.

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns for events, promotions, announcements, and audience engagement. The role requires strong copywriting, segmentation, and automation skills with a focus on driving registrations and attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email campaigns for events, launches, registrations, and updates
• Write engaging email copy with high-conversion subject lines and CTAs
• Design and manage email templates aligned with event branding
• Segment audiences based on interests, location, and engagement behavior
• Set up automated workflows (event reminders, follow-ups, thank-you emails)
• Optimize email deliverability and maintain clean email lists
• Perform A/B testing to improve open rates and click-through rates
• Track and analyze campaign performance and improve future campaigns
• Coordinate with event, design, and marketing teams for timely campaigns
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing or campaign management
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Understanding of audience segmentation and automation
• Ability to work on tight timelines aligned with event schedules
• Basic knowledge of email design and HTML (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in event marketing or ticket-based promotions
• Familiarity with CRM and registration tools
• Knowledge of customer journey for events (pre-event, live, post-event)

Location- Remote

Working days- 5

Salary- upto 25k per month
