Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications and services to support various business and engineering initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine and groom the product backlog
• Work alongside your team to develop features and resolve bugs
• Promote engineering best practices to ensure quality, performance, stability, and maintainability
• Advocate for the customer by ensuring empathy drives product design
• Share knowledge and collaborate with teams across the organization

Must-haves:

• 4+ years of Full Stack Development experience in product or enterprise software development
• Proven expertise in software development, testing, monitoring, performance tuning, and deployment pipelines,
• Strong hands-on experience across the full stack:
• Frontend: Flutter, Angular
• Backend: Node.js (Go is a preferred skill)
• RESTful Web Services, microservices
• DevOps & Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda), CI/CD, Docker
• Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Passion for engineering best practices
• Experience with code review and testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end testing, code coverage analysis, automated code inspection)
• Ability to work across functional and domain boundaries to meet delivery goals.
• A strong sense of customer empathy and a desire to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Nice to haves:

• Strong knowledge of Android or iOS development
• Experience with Go and Terraform is preferred.
• Accessibility experience.
