Your Mission

Your mission is simple:

Generate high-quality leads using AI, automation, content, organic growth, and innovative marketing strategies.

We are not looking for someone who only runs Meta Ads or Google Ads. We want someone who constantly asks:

"How can I generate more qualified leads at a lower cost?"

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Marketing

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
• Build AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Automate repetitive marketing tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools and growth trends.

Growth Marketing

• Generate qualified leads through multiple acquisition channels.
• Build and optimize lead generation funnels.
• Improve landing page conversion rates.
• Create lead magnets and campaigns.
• Execute growth experiments every week.

Organic Growth

• Grow the company's LinkedIn presence.
• Drive organic traffic using SEO and content marketing.
• Explore communities, partnerships, and referral marketing.
• Build email marketing campaigns.

Marketing Automation

• Create automated email and WhatsApp journeys.
• Build CRM workflows.
• Improve lead nurturing processes.
• Reduce manual work through automation.

Performance Analysis

• Track campaign performance.
• Analyze Cost per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion rates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly growth reports.
• Continuously improve marketing performance through data.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Sales Team.
• Coordinate with Designers, Video Editors, and Content Creators.
• Partner with the Performance Marketing team to scale successful campaigns.

Must-Have Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Experience with landing pages and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fast learner with an experimental mindset.
