Sr. Marketing Data Scientist/Analyst

Pay: $73-75 (W2 Only)

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Sr. Data Scientist/Analyst (PST Required) for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Conduct deep-dive quantitative analyses to uncover trends, measure performance, and inform decision-making across product and business initiatives.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
• Apply statistical techniques to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on tracking implementation, data quality, and instrumentation.
• Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to prioritize analysis and drive strategy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree, 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Product Analytics, preferably in a consumer-facing product environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Strong experience in A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
• Role begins as a 3-month contract.
• This is a W2 role only and must reside in PST time zone.
