Senior Product Designer

Product Designer - Merchant Success

• 100% remote

Pay Rate: $80-89 per hour W2

Duration: 5 months; can extend

M-F, 40 hours per week

• Overview: We're looking for a designer to support high-priority projects in this space. Previous experience designing for onboarding & new user education, guided workflows, or content / inventory management tooling or similar will be useful.
• Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand the opportunity, and then chart a path forward. Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively.
• Own the end-to-end design (user flows, interaction, visual, etc.) across multiple products and projects
• Clearly articulate your thinking throughout the design process, participate and present in reviews and work sessions to develop solutions further
• Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, and Marketing
• Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a product/UX designer - preferred industry: tech, ecommerce or restaurants
• You enjoy working in ambiguous problem spaces, and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process (and the occasional design sprint)
• You value high-quality well crafted visual design and obsess over the details
• Prior design experience with multi-sided marketplaces, ecommerce, and complex workflow tools is a big plus
