Marketing Campaign Manager
- 100% remote – open on time zone
Duration: 10-11 months to start; extendable role
Pay Rate: $65-68 per hour W2
M-F, 40 hours per week
- Overview: responsible for tracking new verticals marketing initiatives, performance metrics across functions, reporting progress out to org proactively developing the processes and identifying risks and building mitigation strategies in partnership with marketing teams
- Partner with Marketing leadership and key cross-functional leads to build and deliver investment asks, and/or planning & headcount deliverables
- Lead the end to end execution of testing and launching new campaigns –from consumer research to setting goals to securing budget to briefing creatives to launching / optimizing to reporting out on impact and everything in between
- Communicate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership on the status and progress of initiatives, how the team is tracking towards goals, and proactively identify / flag risks as well as mitigation strategies.
- Create and manage project timelines to ensure all team members have a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities as well as next steps
Qualifications:
- Background: 5+ years of B2C marketing; consulting experience a plus
- Skills: campaign management for new business verticals – growing brands, helping launch products
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
- Industry: CPG/Retail/Grocery/Large Tech a plus
