HCP Marketing Manager

Shift Information:

• Monday-Friday, standard business hours, Remote Position!
• Pay range is $50-60/hr!
• 6-12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HCP Marketing professional to support the execution of brand strategy through high-impact, field-facing materials and initiatives. This role differs from traditional strategy-heavy positions and is primarily execution-focused, ensuring that brand strategy is effectively translated into materials and programs that resonate with Healthcare Providers (HCPs).

This individual will play a critical role in developing and delivering HCP-facing content, supporting the sales force, and driving consistency across multiple engagement channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute HCP brand initiatives by translating strategy into actionable marketing deliverables

• Develop and manage HCP-facing materials, including:

• Interactive Sales Aids

• Peer-to-peer content

• Leave-behind materials

• Digital assets (e.g., banner ads, social media such as Meta/Instagram)

• Shepherd materials through the Medical, Regulatory, and Promotional (MRP) review process

• Support sales force execution through clear communication, training materials, and aligned messaging

• Assist with Congress planning and execution, including onsite materials and engagement strategies

• Manage inventory of marketing materials and ensure availability for field teams

• Coordinate salesforce communications to ensure alignment on campaigns and initiatives

• Execute go-to-market plans and track delivery of marketing activities

• Analyze market dynamics and performance data to inform executional improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience (execution-focused roles preferred)
• Demonstrated experience supporting HCP brand initiatives (not purely consumer marketing)
• Strong understanding of MRP processes and content approval workflows
• Experience developing field-facing marketing materials for sales teams
• Familiarity with multi-channel HCP engagement, including both personal and digital channels
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on migraine or specialty pharmaceutical brands (e.g., AbbVie or similar)
• Background that includes a mix of Sales and Marketing within HCP environments
• Prior experience supporting brand teams and executing established strategies
• Exposure to Congress/event marketing execution
