✅ Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
- Experience with paid digital reporting platforms (Display, Programmatic, SEM, Video, Social)
- Proficiency in the Google Analytics suite: Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Campaign Manager
- Strong reporting skills in Tableau and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables)
🧠 What You'll Do
- Execute and support digital media measurement plans
- Perform campaign reporting, data QA, and dashboard creation
- Analyze performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Assist in cross-channel measurement (test & learn, ROI/ROAS, lift studies)
- Collaborate with Ad Ops on tagging and trafficking
- Document and scale reporting processes
📌 Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of digital measurement/analytics experience
- 2+ years of hands-on digital analytics experience
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and storytelling skills
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services or health & wellness industries
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, SAS, or ETL processes
- Understanding of Media Mix Modeling or Multi-touch Attribution
- Agile methodology familiarity
- Team player with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
