Seeking Marketing Manager II to join our team supporting DoorDash for Business. In this role, you will design and execute retention and lifecycle marketing programs that increase adoption and activation of benefits across our Enterprise partners and their employees (B2B2C).
You will leverage CRM channels (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging) to drive engagement, create scalable personalized experiences, and optimize the welcome and onboarding journey. What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies to increase adoption and engagement across Enterprise partners and their employees.
- Create and optimize email marketing programs, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Build scalable lifecycle programs that personalize communications to company administrators and employee users based on available benefits.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end: creative reviews, cross-functional collaboration, campaign operations, stakeholder alignment, and post-campaign analysis.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Strategy teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B and multivariate tests, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Share regular performance reports and benchmarks with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations.
- B2B2C marketing experience strongly preferred; B2B/SaaS experience a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM and ESP platforms (Iterable and Braze preferred), including segmentation and audience targeting.
- Experience working with complex data structures and systems to drive campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of campaign analytics and experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing, Excel/Google Sheets).
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills; able to present results and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
