My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Consultant for a prominent client of ours. This position is 100% Remote. Details for the position are as follows:
Contract role of 6 months, possible extensions.
Pay up to $129/hr, based on experience!
Fully Remote.
Estimated travel of 25% to Lincolnshire, IL location and possibly Framingham MA to Staples HQ (expenses paid for).
Job Description:
- Assess market opportunities and segment-level upside across target verticals.
- Develop ABM strategies aligned with customer economics and sales structure.
- Evaluate sales function capabilities and readiness for ABM and coordinate to bridge the gap.
- Build playbooks for targeting, engagement, handoff, and follow-up.
- Identify ABM tiers (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) and corresponding tactics.
- Audit and document existing lead data sources; recommend new sources and vendors.
- The role involves defining and leading ABM toolsets, coordinating integrations, and developing lead scoring and reporting processes to support scalable account-based marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with channel marketing, sales, web/dev, technology, analytics, and finance teams.
- Launch ABM campaigns using various customer lists and personalized landing pages.
- Coordinate paid media strategy and ensure clear CTAs for purchase or sales handoff.
- Build detailed ABM project plans with milestones, owners, and dependencies.
Required Experience:
- Must have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience as well as Account-Based Marketing strategy development experience.
- Experience building and scaling Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs from the ground up in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Subject matter expert on the marketing technologies and ABM platforms within the space including, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Clay, and more.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operations teams, communicating with executives as well as ground level operating teams.
