Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Executive. The Digital Marketing Executive
This role will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in bringing innovative products to market.
What You'll Do
Create and run a marketing strategy to grow the user base and boost visibility.
Shape and communicate the brand story and value to the market.
Plan and execute product marketing, including new feature launches.
Manage social media and community channels for consistent messaging and engagement.
Track results, improve campaigns, lead the marketing team, and stay updated & trends.
Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Lead the development and execution of the brand’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and supports the company’s growth objectives.
Define and refine the brand’s positioning, messaging, and value proposition across all platforms to ensure consistency and relevance.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.
Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives:
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Oversee the creative development and production of marketing materials, including advertisements, digital content, email marketing, and social media assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, PR, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and product launches.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Oversee the growth and management of the brand’s social media presence and online communities, ensuring engagement and positive brand sentiment.
Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure performance and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Analyze consumer data, trends, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
Ensure clear communication of marketing goals, objectives, and performance across the team and other departments.
Manage external agency relationships and oversee third-party vendors, ensuring quality delivery of services.
Budgeting & ROI:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support key marketing initiatives.
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, ensuring that campaigns achieve targeted results and ROI.
Public Relations & Partnerships:
Manage public relations efforts to increase brand visibility, including media outreach, press releases, and event management.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and industry leaders to amplify brand awareness.
Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within brand management or marketing strategy.
Proven Track Record: Strong background in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Creative & Analytical Skills: Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and data-driven. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and market trends.
Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content creation, and email marketing.
Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
