Marketing Science Consultant

The Data Gals is partnering with a rapidly growing Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) startup that’s reshaping how brands measure and optimise their marketing spend.

Trusted by global retailers and digital-first brands, this company is known for combining statistical rigour with user simplicity — offering clients fast, explainable, and scalable MMM results. As demand grows, they’re expanding their team and looking for someone who’s equally strong in analytics and client communication.

Location: Fully remote (Europe/UK)

Salary: Up to €60,000 / £52,000 + package

Must have the right to work in the EU or UK

What you’ll do:

• Onboard and guide clients through model setup and training
• Build, calibrate, and optimise MMM models end-to-end
• Train users on interpreting results and running scenario planning
• Deliver insights and recommendations in meetings, decks, or dashboards
• Collaborate with product teams to improve the platform
• Clean or restructure datasets for modeling

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience building MMMs (e.g., Robyn, PyMC, Meridian)
• 2+ years of client-facing experience (onboarding, presenting, training)
• 1+ year in a data analyst or data science role
• Comfort working with marketing teams, campaign data, or KPIs
• Fluent English (C1+), with strong communication skills
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (dashboards, custom formulas)

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with incrementality testing (GeoLift, ghost ads, lift studies)
• SQL proficiency (e.g., BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
• Background in consulting, analytics, or marketing/performance agencies
