Senior Backend Engineer / Rust / Stablecoin Platform

We are actively searching for a Backend Engineer (Rust) to join our remote first team on a permanent basis. As a Backend Software Engineer you will collaborate with team members to ship cutting-edge stablecoin features to real customers. Our stack processes millions in daily volume, bridging traditional banking rails with blockchain networks. You'll own entire domains from architecture to production.

Your Rhythm:

• Build a real-time settlement engine reconciling on-chain and off-chain transactions
• Develop payment APIs processing thousands of transactions per second
• Integrate DeFi protocols with simple to use APIs

Your Vibe:

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience
• Core strength and desire to work in Rust
• Proven experience working with gRPC & HTTP APIs, service contracts and multi-service architectures
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Redis skills - schema design, performance tuning, debugging
• AWS (ECS) and Docker expertise - containerized services, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform
• Strong engineering fundamentals - observability, testing and benchmarking
• Fintech or transaction-heavy systems experience
• Experience with RPC clients, transactions, on-chain concepts is a bonus
