Mid Level Software Engineer / Rust / Web3

We are actively searching for a Mid Level Software Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. In this position you will function as a backend engineer building our realtime smart contract monitoring platform. If diving into web3 virtual machines, interfacing between blockchain data and AI sounds interesting this could be your home!

Your Rhythm:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems that support our blockchain penetration testing platform.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for production environments
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate security algorithms and vulnerability detection model.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment automation to maintain high-quality standards.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring robust and maintainable solutions

Your Vibe:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures
• Sound knowledge in one of the three areas, we can teach the rest - Security, Blockchain Engineering or Reinforcement Learning
• Core strength in Rust
• Proficiency with SQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization;
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where, while support is always available and happily rendered, independence and self-motivation are critical.
