Position: Graphic Designer / Creative Designer

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who understands how an agency works and can turn briefs, concepts, and ideas into strong visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality and visually engaging designs for social media platforms.

• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, campaign creatives, advertisements, and other digital content.

• Create print designs such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, menus, and marketing materials.

• Understand client briefs and convert them into creative visual concepts.

• Develop campaign concepts and maintain a consistent visual language across creatives.

• Work on multiple brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Coordinate with the social media, content, video, and marketing teams.

• Follow brand guidelines while also bringing fresh creative ideas to projects.

• Prepare artwork and files correctly for both digital and print production.

• Manage revisions and deliver designs within deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.

• Agency experience is required.

• Strong experience in Social Media Design and Print Design.

• Strong creative thinking, layout, typography, composition, and visual storytelling skills.

• Good understanding of branding and social media trends.

• Ability to work across different industries and adapt to different brand styles.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail.

Software Skills

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe InDesign / other relevant design tools

• Canva knowledge is an advantage

What We’re Looking For

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to operate design software.

We’re looking for a creative designer who can think, conceptualize, and execute ideas independently while understanding the pace and quality expectations of a creative agency.

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month

Candidates with a strong portfolio in social media creatives, branding, advertising campaigns, and print design will be preferred.
