Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time remote role reporting directly to the founder (an ex-Googler).
This role offers the potential to grow into a long-term leadership position, including the opportunity to become a partner with equity and eventually run the company within 5–10 years.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows
- Managing supply chains, logistics, and inventory
- Ensuring quality control and optimizing operational processes
- Coordinating with vendors, platforms, and team members
- Supporting company policies and enforcing best practices
- Driving marketing efforts to grow the business with an improving ROI
- Reporting on operational and marketing performance and suggesting improvements
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, retail, online marketing, or related fields
- Ideally 8–10 years of overall experience and a strong interest in entrepreneurship
- Experience in operations management, logistics, and supply chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms efficiently
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Able to make sound decisions amid ambiguity
- Self-motivated and productive when working independently and remotely
Preferred (Value Added)
- Experience in the textile, bedding, or home furnishings industry
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
