Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time remote role reporting directly to the founder (an ex-Googler).

This role offers the potential to grow into a long-term leadership position, including the opportunity to become a partner with equity and eventually run the company within 5–10 years.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows
Managing supply chains, logistics, and inventory
Ensuring quality control and optimizing operational processes
Coordinating with vendors, platforms, and team members
Supporting company policies and enforcing best practices
Driving marketing efforts to grow the business with an improving ROI
Reporting on operational and marketing performance and suggesting improvements

Qualifications

Required

3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, retail, online marketing, or related fields
Ideally 8–10 years of overall experience and a strong interest in entrepreneurship
Experience in operations management, logistics, and supply chain
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms efficiently
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Able to make sound decisions amid ambiguity
Self-motivated and productive when working independently and remotely
