Role Summary:

This role is responsible for building and executing complex, data-driven customer campaigns across email and other digital channels, supporting both current-state campaign delivery and ongoing migration efforts from Unica to RedPoint Interaction (RPI). The position emphasizes translating campaign strategy into scalable, compliant execution within a multi-platform environment, ensuring consistency and accuracy across legacy and modern marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and execute customer campaigns within RedPoint Interaction (RPI), including segmentation, workflow orchestration, and deployment · Translate business and campaign requirements into executable data selections, logic, and campaign flows · Write and modify SQL queries to support audience creation, data validation, and troubleshooting · Develop and modify customer communications across email and digital channels using approved templates and dynamic content · Ensure campaigns meet brand, compliance, regulatory, and accessibility standards · Perform end-to-end QA and validation (data, logic, content, and output files) prior to deployment · Partner with cross-functional teams (strategy, analytics, data, technology) to ensure alignment and execution feasibility · Troubleshoot campaign, data, or platform issues across RPI and downstream systems · Manage multiple concurrent campaigns with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment · Document campaign logic, build approaches, and best practices to support consistency and process improvement

Core Competencies:

Experience working across multiple marketing platforms, including legacy (Unica) and modern orchestration tools (RPI or similar) · Strong understanding of data-driven campaign execution in complex and regulated environments · Proficiency in SQL for data selection, validation, and troubleshooting · Working knowledge of HTML for email development and rendering troubleshooting · Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation · Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines · Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in campaign execution, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns in a marketing automation or CDP platform ·
  • Direct experience with RedPoint Interaction (RPI) or similar journey orchestration platforms
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills (query writing, joins, validation, troubleshooting)
  • Experience working with complex datasets, segmentation logic, and personalization rules
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs under deadline Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within CDPs, Snowflake, or enterprise data environments
  • Direct experience working with both Unica and RedPoint Interaction (highly preferred)
  • Experience supporting platform migrations or working across multiple MarTech environments
  • Strong experience working with complex datasets and advanced segmentation logic
  • Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience (strongly preferred given compliance requirements)
  • Experience with omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail) Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field)
  • Advanced degree or relevant technical certifications (SQL, analytics, or MarTech platforms) is a plus
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered
