- Identify, design, and integrate Generative AI solutions into existing workflows with a focus on practical application and measurable ROI
- Own product direction for assigned solutions, including roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and release planning
- Mentor and accelerate the work of junior developers; foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team

- Address technical debt and build scalable, reusable architectures that are well-documented and aligned with security and compliance standards
- Organize and lead user workshops to identify high-value use cases and prioritize development efforts
- Manage the full lifecycle of deployed applications, including debugging, enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement driven by user feedback
Success in this role is measured by
- Volume and speed of production-ready, high-ROI applications delivered
- Quality of user experience and code (as measured by adoption, feedback, and business impact)
- Efficiency in development and long-term maintainability of solutions
- Reusability and scalability of architectures across multiple use cases
- Contribution to overall team performance through mentoring, collaboration, and technical leadership
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
