We’re seeking a seasoned marketing leader who has grown from hands-on execution into strategic leadership. You’ll have a track record of defining marketing agendas, driving business outcomes through campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.
This role will set the marketing vision—from digital content to in-person events—driving strategic inbound leads, elevating brand awareness, and amplifying our product impact. We value strategic thinkers who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump into projects to keep momentum and quality high.
What you’ll be doing
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Define and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Drive qualified leads for lists, content products, awards, and podcasts
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify and reach target audiences
- Partner with Editorial to align content strategy with market needs
- Optimize messaging, landing pages, and calls-to-action to boost conversions
- Promote content products through internal and external digital channels
- Example campaigns include:
- Prestige Lists: Convert high-potential applicants into paying clients
- Executive of the Year Awards: Drive nominations, engagement, and brand exposure
- Podcast: Attract sponsors and feature guests; grow audience and downloads
- Executive Features: Enhance reach, credibility, and regional impact
Strategic Audience Engagement
- Target executives and rising thought leaders seeking visibility
- Map intent-driven marketing journeys based on audience behavior and needs
- Funnel prospects into the right products at the right time (e.g., podcast, contributor membership, sector cover stories)
Messaging & Content Ownership
- Own all marketing copy and messaging for clarity, consistency, and impact
- Use compelling storytelling to educate audiences and accelerate sales cycles
Performance-Driven Marketing
- Own KPIs across inbound leads, podcast growth, web traffic, and revenue attribution
- Secure distribution and syndication opportunities to amplify reach
- Maximize performance through partnerships, UGC, and editorial alignment
Post-Campaign & Community Engagement
- Follow up with podcast guests and clients to capture success stories and testimonials
- Collaborate with Events Director and Sales leads on global city events to ensure impact and ROI
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative, high-impact campaigns
- Serve as a strategic force on “tiger teams” for key product and content launches
We’re a great match if you have:
- Excellent English language skills (95% fluency)
- 6–8 years of strategic marketing experience in publishing, media, or content-driven industries
- Strong results in lead generation, campaign strategy, and digital funnel optimization
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical instincts
- Collaborative leadership style and a hands-on attitude
- Bonus: experience in B2B thought leadership, podcast growth, or executive event marketing

Please Note: this is a Contractor position. You will work as an Independent Contractor under your own LLC or sole proprietorship and will be expected to provide your own equipment.
