Role: Visual Brand Designer

We’re partnering with a leading FinTech organization for a skilled Visual Brand Designer to support their in-house design team!
The primary responsibilities for the Brand Designer role are:
- Creative Campaign Design: Bring marketing and product campaign concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling, especially across web, landing pages, and email communications.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold and expand the brand’s visual identity within one of the company’s key lines of business, ensuring assets are modern, cohesive, and aligned.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with a copywriter, marketing leads, and channel owners to create visuals that drive business impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently present work to internal stakeholders and senior leadership; iterate based on feedback with clarity and thoughtfulness.
- Component-Based Design: Work within a modular system to create scalable templates and reusable assets that support personalization and efficiency.
- Embrace Innovation: Use AI-powered tools to support creative workflows and accelerate production, where applicable.
The successful Brand Designer has:
- 5+ years of experience in brand and digital design with a strong online portfolio (including web and email samples).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in consumer-facing marketing, ideally in tech or software industries.
- A background in supporting product or feature launches is a strong advantage.
- Clean, modern, and strategic design sensibility.
