Job Title: Consumer Brand Marketing Lead

Compensation: up to $65/hr(DOE)
We’re partnering with a leading global platform to find a Consumer Brand Marketing Lead who can architect and drive world-class brand marketing campaigns. This role will lead a high-performing team, shape the brand’s global narrative, and deliver campaigns that engage youth and creative audiences at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the vision and execution of global brand marketing programs, driving brand growth and long-term engagement.
- Architect marketing strategy and roadmap using insights, testing, and go-to-market best practices.
- Define and manage segmentation, targeting, media, and communications strategies across channels.
- Guide and mentor a team of brand marketers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, PR, editorial, growth, partnerships, and performance marketing.
- Oversee creative agencies from concept to execution, building a trusted bench of partners.
- Track campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize and uncover new opportunities.
- Bring the brand to life within the app and across high-profile cultural moments.
Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)
- 10+ years in brand marketing/management at global scale.
- Proven track record using data to inform marketing strategy and GTMs.
- Experience building mass-market consumer brands, especially for youth audiences.
- Background developing and executing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline).
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence at the executive level.
