Job Title: Marketing & Partnerships Manager
Type: Freelance, 30–40 hrs/week
Start: Targeting July 2025
Length: 3–6 month contract, with potential to extend
Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles (3 days/week onsite)
Compensation: up to $65/hr DOE
A fast-growing global live-streaming platform is seeking a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead campaign strategy, drive user growth, and scale brand and influencer partnerships across key markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and activate strategic partnerships that drive user acquisition
- Manage influencer relationships to deepen engagement
- Lead multi-channel campaigns aligned to KPIs and growth goals
- Maintain and optimize a marketing calendar for partner activations
- Track and report campaign performance, ROI, and spend
- Plan branded events to increase reach and visibility
- Create decks, overviews, and training for partners and influencers
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and partnerships
Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)
- 5+ years in marketing, user acquisition, or brand partnerships
- Strong background in influencer campaigns and event planning
- Proven success running data-driven marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and project ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
