Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant – Contract | Remote (Australia)

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join us on a contract basis. This fully remote role is ideal for someone experienced in Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategy, implementation, and optimisation, particularly within Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and/or Healthcare.

About the Role:

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and business success. You’ll design, implement, and optimise marketing automation strategies, working closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integrations

✔ Develop automated multi-channel marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio

✔ Conduct business analysis, reviewing processes, systems, and documentation

✔ Identify use cases and test scripts specific to user requirements

✔ Contribute to solution design, aligning with architects and leveraging standard features

✔ Perform system configuration and customisation, ensuring best practices

✔ Provide training, support, and workshops to drive user adoption

✔ Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends

What You Bring:

✅ 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

✅ Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Consultant/Admin)

✅ AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API expertise

✅ Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

✅ Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis skills

✅ Background in Salesforce administration, technical business analysis, or functional consulting

Nice to Have:

➕ Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Healthcare Cloud

➕ Knowledge of Data Cloud (CDP), Audience Studio, and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTTP)

➕ Understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
