What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketing/Sales Manager on our team, you will:

• Manage daily and weekly online marketing efforts to promote The Breakthrough’s personal development products and retreats
• Promote and apply personal development resources and retreats through multiple digital channels
• Build authentic connections with our audience and potential clients
• Support others on their leadership and mindset journeys through thoughtful communication (phone, email, virtual meetings)
• Use technology daily and navigate online marketing platforms and portals to track campaigns and manage content
• Participate in regular team training and mentorship to build your skills and confidence
• Align your personal growth with meaningful work that fits your lifestyle

Is This Opportunity Right for You?

We prefer candidates with:

• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in marketing, education, or related fields is a plus, but not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and grow business opportunities (compensation is performance-based, not hourly/salaried)
• Strong English language and grammar skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A caring, friendly approach to helping others grow
• Self-motivation and discipline to maintain a consistent schedule in a remote role
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn
• Availability to commit at least 15 hours per week
• Reliable high-speed internet access
• A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
