Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Graphic Designer at The Brandink Company. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team by creating visual assets for branding projects, digital campaigns, marketing collaterals, and corporate giveaways. Daily tasks include developing logos and brand elements, preparing layouts for social media and web, refining typography, and ensuring design consistency across all materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing and branding teams, following brand guidelines, and adapting designs based on feedback and project requirements. The Junior Graphic Designer will also assist in preparing files for production and maintain organized design assets and libraries.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and functional designs.
• Experience or training in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and applying brand identities across various media.
• Knowledge of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility in digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent software).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, accept and apply feedback, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Strong attention to detail, visual creativity, and willingness to learn and grow under guidance.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating design work is required.
