As a Senior Product Manager on our Core Product team, you’ll report to the Head of Core Product and will manage a variety of critical experiences, from redesigning the core flow for creators to build their wedding parties and check out, to crafting experiences for our newly launched partnership with David’s Bridal. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, insights, showroom, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute against a roadmap that delivers measurable user and business impact. On any given day, you may be giving design feedback, instrumenting an A/B test, building a business case for a new initiative, or scoping work with the engineering team.
Work with cross-functional leads of design, engineering, data, and insights to effectively align roadmaps based on company priorities, set clear and measurable objectives, and deploy resources appropriately.
Own entire product areas; building the business case, developing the roadmap, writing product specifications, designing the go-to-market strategy, and providing the readout of results.
Ruthlessly prioritize what to do (and importantly: what not to do), using quantitative and qualitative measures that tie to company objectives.
Be creative - identify new ideas and data sources to solve difficult problems.
Be curious - challenge the way we do things and unearth new opportunities that help move the needle.
Communicate with internal partners on priorities, status, and results of launched initiatives.
