We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of marketing materials for a boutique luxury real estate company. This role is ideal for someone with a sophisticated design eye who understands how to market high-end properties and create materials that feel polished, editorial, and elevated.

The Marketing Manager will take ownership of marketing from concept through execution, creating everything from magazine-style property spreads and luxury listing collateral to digital campaigns and advertisements for publications such as The New York Times and New York Post.

Responsibilities

• Create sophisticated, magazine-quality marketing materials for luxury residential properties
• Design property brochures, listing presentations, lookbooks, advertisements, email campaigns, social media assets, and other marketing collateral
• Develop advertising creative and coordinate placements with major publications and media outlets
• Maintain a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic across all marketing channels
• Work directly with leadership and agents to quickly turn ideas and property information into polished marketing materials
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and campaigns simultaneously
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery

Ideal Candidate

• Strong graphic design and marketing background, ideally within luxury real estate, hospitality, fashion, architecture, interior design, or another high-end consumer brand
• Exceptional visual taste with a strong understanding of typography, photography, layout, and editorial design
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, luxury-focused creative work
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or similar design platforms
• A true self-starter and doer who does not need extensive direction or project management
• Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a completely remote environment
• Organized, responsive, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating beautiful work and getting things done. The right person will bring both creative vision and the ability to execute quickly, independently, and at an exceptionally high standard.
