Key Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team in crafting and publishing engaging, high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Develop and implement streamlined processes (SOPs) to meet monthly goals for reach, engagement, and growth.
• Monitor platform analytics and campaign data to optimize performance and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creators, experts, and internal teams to increase brand awareness and build community buzz.
• Stay on top of trends, breaking news, and relevant hashtags; assign timely and topical content accordingly.
• Own the social media content calendar — plan, schedule, and oversee rollout of content across platforms.
• Conceptualize marketing and impact-driven campaigns tailored to our audience’s preferences and values.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• A strong eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics, with excellent command of English.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
• Passion for compelling, impact-driven storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Excellent copywriting, research, and fact-checking skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Prior experience in digital media or storytelling-led brands will be a strong advantage.
