Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Expert to join our team remotely and take our affiliate marketing program to the next level. This is a strategic role for someone with a proven track record of driving measurable affiliate revenue and building high-performing partnerships.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate growth strategy, manage and expand our network of affiliate partners, and create campaigns that align with our brand’s integrity-driven values. You’ll analyze data, identify opportunities, and optimize performance to maximize ROI. This role also includes collaborating closely with our content, social media, and e-commerce teams to integrate affiliate initiatives into our broader marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and scale affiliate marketing strategies to meet revenue goals.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with The Beauty Doctrine’s values and audience.

• Manage relationships with affiliates to ensure consistent performance and brand alignment.

• Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and optimize for higher conversion rates.

• Work cross-functionally to integrate affiliate promotions into email, social media, and content campaigns.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in affiliate marketing and e-commerce growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
• Strong skills in partner recruitment, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and performance analytics.
• Ability to develop strategic campaigns and execute them with precision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, or e-commerce space is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
