The role is critical for driving strategic marketing initiatives, requiring 7+ years of experience in developing and deploying predictive models (e.g., propensity and churn models) using Python, R, and SQL within a competitive telecom environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and deploy sophisticated propensity models to accurately predict customer acquisition and churn, enabling proactive retention and acquisition strategies.
- Develop and apply advanced analytics to uncover customer behaviors, lifetime value, and market dynamics, driving highly targeted engagement strategies.
- Apply machine learning and predictive modeling techniques, including NLP (Natural Language Processing), to forecast market trends, evaluate pricing strategies, and improve competitive positioning.
- Collaborate closely with data engineering and IT teams to ensure the design of accurate, accessible, and scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
- Create frameworks to evaluate sales channel performance, enhance marketing effectiveness, and develop comprehensive dashboards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for monitoring performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics with a proven ability to deliver business-driving insights, preferably within the telecom industry (understanding customer acquisition, churn, and pricing).
- Proficiency in analytical tools and platforms, including Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Experience with propensity modeling, machine learning algorithms, and NLP techniques.
- Experience with speech analytics tools (e.g., CallMiner, Verint, NICE) is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills, essential for translating complex data and technical findings into actionable, strategic business recommendations.
