About the Role:

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing a broad range of products, providing technical leadership and driving development forward. Your work will directly influence the user experience, making it more engaging, efficient, and intuitive.

This role may involve occasional travel to meet with customers or attend industry conferences. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, product leaders, and former military officers to build AI-driven solutions that strengthen the DoD’s operational advantage.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance features, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems using a modern tech stack
• Champion exceptional user experience by building products that meet the evolving needs and expectations of our users
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and actively participate in code reviews to uphold high engineering standards
• Own testing and quality assurance processes, including unit and integration testing, validation, and ensuring end-to-end system reliability
• Develop and maintain installation packages and deployment scripts across diverse environments (on-device, cloud, and on-premises), ensuring a smooth and consistent installation experience
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver thoughtful, high-quality software solutions
• Address complex technical challenges by crafting elegant, efficient solutions that enhance system performance and reliability
• Stay current with advancements in AI and software development, continuously exploring new tools and technologies to strengthen our product offerings

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on enterprise software and production deployment across a variety of hardware platforms (e.g., Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Apple) and software frameworks (e.g., OpenVINO, ONNX, CUDA), including work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Low-Rank Adaptations (LoRAs)
• 2+ years serving as a technical lead or principal engineer on enterprise-scale software projects deployed within Fortune 500 companies and/or U.S. government environments
• Proven expertise in test-driven development, implementation of quality control pipelines, and maintenance of comprehensive testing frameworks
• Strong experience developing and supporting installer packages and deployment workflows using tools such as Qt IFW, Inno Setup, or similar
• Advanced proficiency in backend development with a focus on building enterprise-grade products and services
• Solid experience in infrastructure and deployment tooling, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, and Terraform
• Sound understanding of cloud ecosystems and the unique challenges associated with deploying LLMs across multiple environments (e.g., public cloud, private cloud, on-device, on-premises)
• Experience collaborating directly with end users to gather requirements, conduct user testing, and integrate feedback into product development
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Must be excited to support the DoD and our US allies

Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Startup experience not required, but a plus
