The 8Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview
As a Campaign Program Manager your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate programs ensuring that the agency delivers high-quality services and meets the clients' needs and expectations.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand clients' business goals and marketing objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.
Campaign Execution:
- Execute advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Work alongside the content team to localize global campaigns & create regional programs.
- Develop roadmaps, organize work streams and milestones and ensure timely execution.
- Ensure that campaigns align with clients' objectives and brand guidelines.
- Work with cross functional teams to track and analyze the effectiveness of demand programs to inform investment and resource prioritization.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Effective Time Management:
- Identify and prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency, using tools such as to-do lists or task management apps.
- Develop a daily or weekly plan, allocating specific time blocks for high-priority activities and deadlines.
- Regularly reassess priorities to adapt to changing circumstances and ensure focus on the most critical tasks.
New Business Development:
- Work with sales, partnerships, regional and central teams to identify target accounts for marketing programs.
- Work with global and regional marketing teams to drive programmatic & digital campaigns focusing on pipeline creation and progression.
- Lead special projects to test new marketing approaches
- Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, preferably with previous experience in tech companies.
- Understanding the customer lifecycle, from lead to close, and implementing / iterating on a plan to drive results.
- Strong and proven program management skills and experience, including coordinating agencies and engaging with a highly matrixed, cross-functional, global organization
- Expertise with ABM tactics as well as email, direct mail, search, display and social marketing techniques.
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to run analysis, track metrics and optimize performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred location: São Paulo, Brazil.
Must have
- Excellent English (Mandatory)
- Native Portuguese with Spanish skills or native Spanish with Portuguese skills. Excellent English.
- Agency experience is a must!
