Digital Marketing Manager (B2B: Engineering) (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Role Overview

Having developed an integrated group of world-class engineering companies located in the Midlands, TGM Industrial is now seeking its first Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the board, this is a role which provides you with a unique opportunity to create and execute a unified digital strategy working across multiple brands in the precision engineering and industrial manufacturing sectors. Note this is hybrid working partly from home, partly at our various sites in Chesterfield, Darlaston, Grimsby and Rugby, with a choice as to which of these is your base,

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategy across all TGM operating companies.

  • Create brand-specific digital marketing plans that align with each company's unique value proposition and target markets

  • Establish and maintain consistent brand messaging while respecting individual company identities

  • Digital Advertising & SEO

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads and other B2B platforms), including utilisation of AI/Artificial Intelligence tools

  • Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings

  • Monitor and analyse website analytics, campaign performance, and ROI metrics

  • Create strategies for reaching key targets: procurement managers and engineering heads

  • Content Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Create compelling B2B, industry-specific content including case studies and videos that demonstrates technical expertise

  • Implement and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital channels

  • Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflow

  • Digital Presence Management

  • Oversee and optimise company websites for lead generation, user experience and search engine visibility

  • Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms

  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales teams to produce digital toolkits, for example pitch decks, email automation, CRM insights, marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to accurately represent complex engineering capabilities

  • Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and contractors, as needed

  • Present regular performance reports to Board and senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B2B Digital Marketing Experience: 3+ years developing and executing successful B2B digital marketing campaigns preferably in an industrial/engineering manufacturing environment
  • Engineering and Industrial Manufacturing. Familiarity with the precision engineering and industrial manufacturing sectors
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimisation. A proven track record of generating leads and optimising conversion through digital marketing
  • Content Strategy: Capacity to create compelling content, narrative and stories with technical information, including ability to create visual assets
  • SEO/Social Media Substantial experience with SEO strategies and utilisation of social media platforms.
  • Google Ads. Substantial experience with Google Ads, driving concrete results with impressions and clicks at low CPC levels
  • AI/Artificial Intelligence. Strong foundation in utilisation of increasingly important AI tools for digital marketing purposes
  • Full-Tech Stack Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Uber Search, Linked In Campaign Manager and other relevant tools to evaluate marketing campaign performance
  • CRM. Experience using CRM systems as part of digital marketing strategy.

  • Location. We have sites in Darlaston, Rugby, Chesterfield and Grimsby, our preference is for hybrid working with some time based in one of these sites and reasonably regular interaction with the other sites.
