- Manage and maintain content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.).
- Create compelling posts, short-form content, and campaigns that align with current social media trends and best practices.
- Monitor social performance and use insights to refine content and posting strategies.
PPC & Digital Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Test messaging, audiences, placements, and creative variations to maximize conversions and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Collaborate on simple video or image concepts for high-performing ads and retargeting campaigns.
Marketing Automation, Workflows & AI-Assisted Campaigns
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and customer re-engagement.
- Create email sequences, follow-up campaigns, and trigger-based communications that guide prospects through the funnel.
- Use marketing automation tools such as HubSpot (bonus if experienced) for contact segmentation, lead scoring, and workflow performance tracking.
- Work with workflow tools like Zapier/Make/n8n (or similar) to connect systems and streamline repetitive tasks (e.g., lead routing, notifications, campaign triggers).
- Leverage AI-powered agents and content tools (for outbound calls, social posts, and video-related workflows) with a human-in-the-loop approach to maintain brand standards and quality.
Copywriting & Campaign Content
- Write high-performing copy for social posts, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns aligned with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, tone, and consistency across all channels.
- Use tools like Canva/Photoshop to produce visually engaging ad creatives and social content.
Reporting & Conversion Optimization
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics across all digital channels, including CTR, conversion rate, CPL, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommend optimizations to improve performance across the funnel (landing pages, ads, emails, and workflows).
- Run A/B tests (subject lines, creatives, CTAs, audiences) and implement winning variations to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work cross-functionally with sales and leadership to ensure campaigns, automations, and messaging align with revenue and pipeline goals.
- Assist with HTML-based email campaigns and marketing automation setup (bonus if skilled).
- Stay current on social media, paid media, and AI/automation trends and share ideas for new tests and initiatives.
Qualifications
-
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or social media marketing (B2B or SaaS experience strongly preferred).
-
Proven track record managing social media channels and digital ad campaigns (paid social and/or search).
-

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
